Our Returns Policy

We take great care about every single item we post and we are confident that you will be pleased with your order. 

Our 21-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

 
Please note, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations certain items are excluded from the cover of our Returns Policy. These are made to order, or custom made items, such as bespoke frames and mounts created for original artworks or as part of commissions, unless they are faulty or damaged. However, you still have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, should you inform us before we notify you about the completion (ready for collection or our courier's tracking information) of your item(s) either over email, phone or in person.

To start a return, you can contact us at jossiepops@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

This returns policy is NOT applicable to the resale of privately owned originals.
